OUR PEOPLE OUR SOUL

Since the beginning of our activities, we have been committed to providing, on a daily basis, an open and inclusive work environment for our employees. We have a workforce that reflects diverse and multicultural backgrounds and treating different and diverse perspectives with respect and dignity is our goal. We are a team, regardless of any difference, whether of class, race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.

Through the firm's D&I committee, we created the Montaury diverso, that has been expanding and has by definition:

  1. not equal; dissimilar, different, distinct
  2. that presents variety; diversified, varied.

The objective of the diverso is to move towards a more open corporate environment in a transparent way. We believe that in the work environment it is essential not only to promote respect for any personal condition, but also to value differences and learn from the richness of diversity. The idea is for our firm to increasingly deepen the experience of a professional place where the rights to be and exist are respected, with equal opportunities for everyone. As this is a process, we are in a permanent state of improvement.

We also believe that responsible interaction with society ultimately contributes to the quality of life and well-being of our employees. This is how we understand Corporate Social Responsibility. A connection between the internal and the external, always seeking to foresee possible negative impacts of our attitudes and activities on society and the environment.

The way we can do this is not only through management and financial practices, but also through behavioral actions, as we believe that changing perspectives through education is the legacy that our firm can leave as a social landmark.
