Carolina Mansinho is an attorney with extensive experience in strategic civil litigation in Intellectual Property, in addition to expertise in Civil, Consumer, and Administrative Law, which provides her with a solid and comprehensive background in delivering solutions in the field of Intellectual Property.

She also has experience with contracts (particularly those involving Copyright), administrative trademark registration proceedings, and representations before CONAR (Brazilian National Advertising Self-Regulation Council). She participates in negotiations with major market players and has expertise in mediating agreements involving highly complex matters.

Carolina conducts in-company training sessions and has also participated in lectures and panel moderations on topics related to Intellectual Property and Communication Law.

She has published works, including a book (Intellectual Property Through the Lens of Cinema. 1st ed. Rio de Janeiro: Lumen Juris, 2022) and articles in the CODAIP Proceedings (2025), a nationally recognized Intellectual Property congress.

She is also a researcher in the field of Intellectual Property, being a member of GPIDHI (Intellectual Property, Human Rights, and Inclusion Research Group) at GVLaw (FGV-SP).
