Luana is a lawyer, partner, and Vice-President of the Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Telecommunications Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers). She is also a member of INTA’s (International Trademark Association) Brand Restrictions Committee and has been a lecturer in the Professional Training Course in Industrial Property at ABAPI since 2017.

Luana holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation from the Academy of Innovation and Intellectual Property of the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) (2018). She earned her Postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) in 2010 and her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same university in 2006.
