Miguel Claudio da Silva holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mogi das Cruzes and a technical degree in Industrial Electricity from SENAI.
With over ten years of experience in intellectual property, he has built solid expertise in handling patents both in Brazil and abroad, advising clients on developing effective protection strategies for their assets — from drafting to patent granting. His professional background includes extensive work in prior art searches, patent drafting, industrial design registrations, preparation of freedom-to-operate (FTO) reports, and conducting infringement analyses.
In addition, Miguel has strong expertise in technology intelligence and strategic patent monitoring, focusing on identifying technological gaps, structuring technology surveillance networks, and preparing sectoral reports across different fields of application.
