Luana is a lawyer, partner, and Vice-President of the Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Telecommunications Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers). Luana holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation from the Academy of Innovation and Intellectual Property of the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) (2018). Marcio Tabata holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp) and has specialized in Intellectual Property at the Universidade de Campinas (Unicamp).

Maria Eduarda de O. Borrelli Junqueira joined the Montaury law firm as a paralegal in 2017, became an attorney at law in 2019, and a partner in 2020.
