BPTO issues trademark registration certificates designated via the Madrid Protocol

Yesterday(23) the BPTO informed that it has started to issue the trademark registration certificates designating Brazil through the Madrid Protocol.

The certificates will be made available in weekly batches, and the documents will be issued in chronological order, considering the date of registration granting date. The first batch of certificates was released last Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
