Report on technology measures in COVID-19 legislation

We are happy to share our contribution to the latest update of the report on COVID-19 and technology measures published by the AIJA IP/TMT - Intellectual Property/ Technology, Media and Telecommunications Commission.

The Commission has gathered the information by creating a questionnaire answered by members from 21 countries, ranging from Belgium to Brazil and from the USA to Hong Kong. Our partner Luana Muniz de Barros, one of the members of the comission and our LGPD team have made their contribution to the Brazilian chapter
