Gabriel Siqueira is a Telecommunications Engineer graduated from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF) with over five years of working experience in the field of Intellectual Property. Mr. Siqueira’s expertise is focused on the prosecution of patent applications before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO), as well as providing technical support in complex litigation cases, especially those involving standard-essential patents (SEP). Gabriel works with both national and international clients, offering a wide range of solutions based on his knowledge of the Brazilian Industrial Property Law, the most relevant intellectual property treaties, and the BRPTO's interpretation thereof.
